Welcome to Wee Jasper Reserves

Bush walks

There are a variety of bushwalks available in the Wee Jasper Valley – taking anywhere from 15 minutes to several days, and ranging in difficulty from very east to difficult.

Hume and Hovell Walking Track

Fitzpatrick Trackhead Reserve is a popular stopover on the Hume and Hovell Walking Track. Sections of the Hume and Hovell Walking Track can be started from Wee Jasper and we also will assist walkers undertaking the entire epic journey.

Maps of our most popular walks can be downloaded here and are also available from the Ranger’s office at Billy Grace Reserve.

A tourist map showing features of the Wee Jasper Valley and the location of Reserves is available from the Wee Jasper Community website.

Carey’s Caves

Described as one of the most beautiful and fascinating tour cave systems in Australia, Carey’s Cave offers opportunities not found on conventional cave tours.

Wild Cave System

Wee Jasper is home to a vast system of wild underground caves, before entering these systems you must take a moment to read the signs at the entrances of each cave system. Caving experience is essential, and equipment must be self provided, which is stated on the sign.
