The Wee Jasper Valley provides a vast natural venue for all sorts of outdoor activities. Organised adventure groups such as trail bike riders, mountain bikers, cavers and bushwalkers are frequent visitors as well as defence and emergency services personnel. There is loads of space for activities and games and plenty of fresh air!

Information For Groups

With close proximity to wild caves, bushwalking tracks and the natural bush environment means that Wee Jasper Reserves is a great place for scout and adventure groups, schools, corporate training groups and even social and sporting clubs.

Groups MUST book through email, as it helps us with the management of the camping reserves, caves preservation and to ensures the best possible facilities are available for you and your group. Fees are applicable to all groups and will be advised the amount at time of booking. All groups are reminded to drive slowly through all reserves at all times and that the riding in backs of trailers and utes is strictly prohibited.

Under the Wee Jasper Reserves terms and conditions a group is classified as a school, scout or non for profit organisation. All other associations must seek approval to be considered from Wee Jasper Reserves Managers prior to their stay.

Groups must be an organisation, school or corporate group to book. – A simple group of 5 families is not consider a group and is not entitled to a group booking.

Groups who are visiting for a day and are planning on using the wild caves, are required to notify the office at Billy Grace Reserve before entering, by phone arrangements or email. Please make yourselves familiar with our Conditions of Use. There is  $2.00  per person fee for using the Reserves for a day trip, and users to the wild caves. This is payable to the office at Billy Grace Reserve.
